Ubuntu for mobile showcased

How long has it been since the Ubuntu for mobile project started? I have no idea!

However, now the development team has showcased their mobile OS. The version of Ubuntu is running on a Galaxy Nexus, and soon there will be an image for those who own the Galaxy Nexus.

The current version is still quite choppy and buggy, but at least it's running. The UI is very similar to the Nokia N9's swipe interface. The operating system will be showcased more at the upcoming CES.
