Samsung Galaxy S III passes iPhone 5 sales in the UK

Seems like Samsung isn't going to stop their record-breaking anytime soon, and Apple's situation looks bad, as their newest iPhone version got outsold by its predecessor.
Samsung has sold more Galaxy S IIIs in the UK than Apple sold their newest iPhone. This isn't the first time the Galaxy S III has been named the most popular smartphone in the UK, since the S III has been topping the charts for 7 months already.

The bad news for Apple are that the iPhone 5 isn't even at the second place which is taken by the 4th generation iPhone that is selling at a lower price point and is more appealing to the customers than the familiarly expensive latest edition.
The top 10 list, created by uSwitch consists mostly of Android devices, where the S II can still be found enjoying the fourth place.
These statistics have been gathered by uSwitch and are based on live searches, pre-orders and postpaid sales.
