Nokia has officially announced the before so mysterious Lumia 510. The phone is an entry-level Windows Phone 7.5 smartphone, and comes with a 4" display.
Like all lower-end smartphones, the Lumia 510 has just 256 MB of RAM, which will limit app compatibility in a similar fashion as on the Lumia 610.
The camera has a reasonable 5 MP with Autofocus. The lens aperture is f/2.4, which will give decent enough low light performance just as it will give good looking bokeh.
A Snapdragon S1 will be powering up the phone, ticking at a decent 1 GHz.

Storage is limited to 4 GB, which means no MicroSD card slot. Though, to help, Microsoft gives 7 GB of free storage on SkyDrive for each Windows Phone user.
Like all Nokia's devices, the Lumia 510 will also have Nokia's Maps and Navigation on board.
Nokia will also update the Lumia 510 to Windows Phone 7.8 when it's ready. If you don't yet know what will be included in the update, check out this article.
Consumers in China and India will be the first to get this new device, and according to Nokia, the estimated price will be around $200 before taxes and other costs.
