The hugely popular Galaxy S lineup by Samsung is about to get its newest addition, the alleged Galaxy S IV (4th), and the latest knowledge of its specs are here.

As you may have noticed, the smartphone market's current trend is a Full HD display, quad core CPU and a huge display. The upcoming S device is also said to boast a FullHD (1920 x 1080) 5 incher, 2 GB of RAM and on top of it, what else but Android 4.2.

Not forgetting what has been Samsung's most important aspect, the Exynos CPU. The S IV is said to run on a Exynos 5440 quad-core Cortex A15, which is said to be the fastest on the market.

The announcement is expected for next month, 15th March, and launching during the summer in the US.
