WP 7.8 might come before the end of the month

I know people like to hear about new updates for their smartphones. At least I do, since the phone I have gets new features and gets a healthy refresh which makes the phone feel almost new.

Windows Phone 7.5 users will be in for a treat soon, since the 7.8 update which is supposed to bring quite significant UI upgrades, including the new home screen tiles to older devices is coming before the end of the current month, says Windows Phone Colombia on Facebook.

The Facebook post doesn't tell us if it's a global launch or just a regional one for Colombia only, for example.

What we do know, is that Microsoft promised the 7.8 update for early 2013, and that's about now. Don't you think?
