After the horrendous mess that is the series of ongoing lawsuits between Apple and Samsung, it only made sense that Apple and Samsung cease to work together to bring the world the Apple products that many people enjoy. You may remember that not tool long ago Apple decided it no longer wanted to use Samsung's NAND memory in the iFamily of products, which includes the iPhone and iPad. Of course, that's not enough, considering that a good portion of the components used in the iFamily of products comes from Samsung, and so today Apple has made it clear that they no longer wish to use Samsung's batteries in the iFamily. Instead, Apple will be using Amperex Technologies.
