Nokia Lumia 920 coming sooner than you think

With the release of the Nokia Lumia 920 rapidly approaching, it's getting hard to ignore all of the new features that the sleek new device is bringing to the table. Not only that, the Lumia 920 is one of the best looking phones we have ever seen.

Nokia's gorgeous Lumia 920 is coming soon folks! I must admit that even as a die-hard Android fanboy I am dying to play with the new Lumia; from the looks of it this far it might just be the device that wins Windows Phone the attention it has been working so hard for in the past few years.
But why is the Lumia 920 so special?
Glad you ask! Under the hood the Lumia 920 packs a beefy Qualcomm S4 Dual-Core, supported by a gigabyte of RAM memory. The Krait-Based Qualcomm S4 sllows for LTE connectivity for all of your data needs, and for your visual desires the Lumia has an Adreno 225 GPU pushing pixels to a super-gorgeous 1280x768, 4.5 inch curved glass display. Not to mention, the Lumia 920 manages to pack an amazing 336 ppi. That's right, take that Apple fans.
The screen technology is very interesting. This is probably the first time I have heard of the "PureMotion HD+" technology, which supposedly is brighter and offers more contrast than any other screen, but I must admit it looks absolutely stunning.
In a Spec-to-spec comparison, this is practically an HTC One S in a more beautiful casing. Considering that the One S is one of today's top dogs in terms of performance, so none of us are complaining there.
The Color selection for the Nokia Lumia 920 is amazing as well. Yellow, Red, and that beautiful shade of cyan, just to name a few, you name it and they have it. The phones are so colorful: it's not cheap looking though, and that's really just awesome. Recently I held the American SGS III in limited edition red and as much as I like Samsung phones, the S III Just doesn't compare with the looks of the Lumia.
As for the Camera, Nokia packed an 8.7 mp snapper onto the back of the Lumia 920. The camera isn't the whole story though, the addition of features like "floating lens" which remove the shaking that is found on many videos are what really make this phone stand out as a winner.
Something I'm really excited to see is the brand new "Qi" wireless charging feature. I'm normally not a big fan of wireless charging; the fact that you're pushing more electricity in an effort to charge any phone without connecting it isn't something that sounds very efficient to me, but maybe the Nokia "Qi" will change this and revolutionize the way we go about charging our phones.
With a rumored release date of November the Lumia will find itself competing with the Galaxy Note II and the iPhone 5, the most fierce competition any smartphone could ask for. I have a lot of faith in the Lumia 920. In fact, I believe that any complaints users will have will not be about the phone itself, but about Windows Phone.
With that said, I believe Microsoft will have itself a winner this generation of Windows Phone: The operating system is looking better than ever, and most importantly, developers are finally paying a good amount of attention to it. Hopefully with the new generation of Nokia phones and some much-deserved attention from developers Windows Phone will grow, and the best part: a lot of that will be thanks to the brilliant Nokia Lumia.
