Nokia Lumia 920 AT&T limitation will last for only 6 months

Good news for those of you who want to get the Lumia 920, Nokia's latest and greatest Windows Phone 8 device, but live in the US and don't want to shift to AT&T.
The phone was unduly limited only for AT&T customers, but now fortunately for non-AT&T customers, we heard the limitation will only last for 6 months.
From what we've learned with the Lumia 900, the AT&T-only limitation wasn't that successful for Nokia, so why would it be different this time.
If Nokia brings the phone available for Verizon, the looks of it right now show that it will be sold like hot cakes.
