Google removed ad blocking apps from the Play Store

Google has removed apps that can be used to block ads in Android apps. The apps that have been removed are Adaway, Adfree Android and Adblok Plus.

Google says these apps are breaking the agreement of Play Store. The official statement goes as follows:

Any app that interferes with, disrupts, damages, or accesses in an unauthorized manner the devices, servers, networks, or other properties or services of any third party including, but not limited to, Android users, Google or any mobile network operator.
Many app developers have chosen to distribute their apps for free on the Play Store and to fund the development with ads, and this hasn't come to pass with many users using ad blocking software. Most ads displayed in the applications are Google Ads, which means this causes losses for the developer, and Google itself.
