Apple has recently been at the top spot when it comes to suing other companies. Now the Swiss rail company accuses Apple of copying the famous and iconic clock design of theirs.
Apple isn't known for being merciful in their lawsuit cases, but the SBB has said that they're willing to negotiate in peace, and offer a chance for Apple to license the design for their use.

SBB:
"We are proud that this icon of clock design is being used by a globally successfull company"
told Reto Kormann for The Associated Press, and noted that even so, Apple hadn't asked for a permission to use the clock design.
"We've approached Apple and told them that the rights for this clock belong to us"
he said.
Despite repeated contact attempts requesting comments, Apple's public relations offices in Germany and Switzerland did not respond.
