If you're looking for a stable, speedy stock ROM for your Samsung Galaxy S II i9100 or SGH i777 then you have quite a few alternatives, including the XenonMod V2 ROM. This ROM is originally for the i9100, so expect it to be a bit more polished on the i9100 than it is on this video.
Overall the ROM is very solid, delivers great performance and decent battery life. However, being only a port, the i777 ROM has a few bugs, notably ocassional screen freezes and S-Voice not being 100% functional. If you're looking for an overall solid daily driver, look no further than XenonMod v2
